OSTC Group is a leading global derivatives trading and education business, determining the path of the world’s futures markets and the vast landscape of financial services training and qualifications.

As the senior in-house copywriter, I was responsible for all things OSTC brand. Externally the list was long; from the website, all social content, PR, and expertise promotional videos to webinars, podcasts, brand ambassador content and even Glassdoor employee review responses.

Internally, the list wasn’t any shorter, with brand guidelines, Sharepoint articles, event announcements, awards entries, business updates, CSR programmes, social rep recruitment, and charity campaign support.
